Other mistake: The way Katelyn exploded was described by Mara as being like a balloon popping. Every time a student exploded, blobs of blood (and tiny pieces of the body) splattered everywhere, making a huge bloody mess. When more than one student exploded going down the stairs, blood looked like it was being poured from a bucket. Sometimes, parts of clothing could be saturated in blood (such as a sleeve), but there was always more blood splattered nearby. When Katelyn was at the doctor's office (to get a piece of someone's bone removed from her forehead), "blood" goes smoothly/evenly around her eye to the lashes with no gaps or splatter marks. Blood from an explosion would not fall this "perfectly" around eyes. For example, folds in the eyelids would block some blood from landing in certain places and eyelashes should have some blood on them but Mara's did not. (01:41:27)
Other mistake: Isaac was able to break through his wrist restraints (taped to arms of a chair), escape two androids, quickly find and escape with Sara (while other androids started pursuing) - during a "full security lockdown" in a facility previously unknown to him. Isaac would not know the building's layout or where doors - and an exit - would be, but he had little problem getting out during lockdown while numerous people and androids were chasing him.
Other mistake: On 22's name-tag wall some of the names repeat themselves. Yossi Mizrahi and Itay Cochabi can be spotted twice, once towards the center and once towards the right side of the screen. There might be more.
Other mistake: Rayburn pulled an arrow out of his chest - and without much blood gushing out. The rather small amount of blood on the towel and Rayburn's ability to go about business as though he had not been injured is unrealistic and absurd. (00:27:00)
Other mistake: At the beginning, Jack reveals that he has lots of food allergies and asks the bartender to prepare his shake lactose free, implying that he is allergic to dairy. But later he eats a snowman cookie that Mrs. Claus reveals has butter in it.
Suggested correction: Being lactose intolerant does not mean you're allergic to dairy. It means you lack the enzyme (lactase) needed to break down lactose and usually results in gas or an upset stomach. However, butter is high in fat and low in lactose, so a lot of lactose intolerant people can eat butter or food containing butter just fine.
Other mistake: Jude would not be able to write that neatly - especially that fast - while holding a floppy notebook in the air. The right half of the notebook was sagging while he wrote three perfectly lined rows ("I told you not to make him mad."). (00:46:03)
Other mistake: The opening credits show a bit of Ava's rather extravagant biography. She is involved in a DUI accident that kills two people; the news article says that it happened "early Thursday morning." What follows is a police photo labeled 06/27/95, a Saturday. Then we see the police report; not only the incident time is 10:30 PM, but the date is March 15 1999, which was a Monday. It is not separated incidents, since the police photo is then shown again, next to the "Thursday" article (and the fact described in the article is life-changing). (00:08:10)
Other mistake: When the white mouse runs to save the brown mouse, he runs at normal speed, but the witches move in slo-mo for reasons unknown. (00:47:23)
Other mistake: The time freeze dome extends well beyond the little Italian square and covers the surrounding buildings as well. Everybody and everything is paralyzed/suspended, but a gramophone in a window looking directly at the square continues to play. (00:34:03)
Other mistake: In the scene with a leak in the kitchen, the woman fixes it by turning an isolating tap above the leak. However the water would have been travelling up the pipe to the kitchen tap and so that wouldn't have stopped the leak. (00:34:00)
Other mistake: The woman was impaled by two stakes, one through her chest and one through her right shin. The man pulled her out of the hole from the edge at an angle to her left side. From this position, he could not have initially kept her body parallel to the ground or subsequently pulled her up at an angle without causing additional injuries or death. (00:14:33 - 00:14:55)
Other mistake: In the montage showing Mike and Marcus' parallel (but also wildly divergent) lives, Marcus asks Alexa to turn down the volume. However, the video he is watching pauses instead. In the next shot, it is paused again, but on a different frame. And before the fan goes haywire and hits the screen, the screen is already turned off (but the breaker hadn't tripped yet). (00:32:00)
