Continuity mistake: The dorky protagonist just bumped into the bike shop girl. She tells him "It's all good, man", to which he replies asking how's the bike. Behind him, a woman with a dog makes her appearance. Over 10 seconds of conversation pass, and the woman is still where she was, but in the shot that follows, when she says "I'm Cate, by the way", the woman warped past him, and is now behind her to the opposite end of the sidewalk. Continuity mistake: Much to the photographer's dismay, Kate's husband receives a 'very important call' when they are posing at the beginning of the movie. The photographer's right hand is horizontal on the lens during his reaction shot, but he had it vertical on the camera body before the cut. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: Feng's "sex doll" Maria apparently moves herself further down on the bed. When Bruce is offering Feng stacks of $100 bills, Maria can be seen in the background with her head at the middle of and largely horizontal to the two pillows by the headboard. After Bruce leaves and Feng turns around waving the credit card, Maria is closer to the foot of the bed and her head is more toward the right of the screen. (00:27:44 - 00:28:36)
Continuity mistake: After Sara's mother sits at the table, the left side of Sara's hair suddenly has two clumps of strands running down her cheek and flipped in front of her chin. Sara's hair changes a few times with different camera angles. (00:44:52)
Continuity mistake: After the alien abduction, Emmet plans to lead a rescue mission and opens the gate asking "Who's coming with me?" During the sequence, the shadows change completely. At first he is not casting much of a shadow, then it reaches the metal doors, then it stops midway towards it. (00:20:55)
Continuity mistake: Zeke is in the kitchen with his daughter. He is checking out Dick's driving license; in the close-up he is holding it with his left hand, but in the following shot, as she asks him "Where'd you find it?" he is holding it in his right hand. (00:10:15)
Continuity mistake: Bergoglio and Ratzinger are having a quiet conversation at a side table after the Pope's dinner. When Hopkins says the line about "a spiritual hearing aid", the handkerchief he was clutching in the previous part of the scene is gone, and it keeps appearing and disappearing depending on the angle. Continuity mistake: When we see Christmas Flint with her dad and Miss Rayleen for the first time, she's watching them bicker, her chin perched on the back of her hand. Which hand, though? It's her left hand for the greater part of the scene, but in the shot when Jim Gaffigan is saying "I got to find my pants. You move my pants?" it's the right one. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: The lamp above the picture on the wall at the karate school/studio changes in appearance a few times. The first time Casey visited the school, the light bulb was covered by the lamp shade (which was aimed toward the picture); the bulb was not visible but it cast light onto the picture. When the picture was blurred behind Sensei, there was a round circle totally outside of the shade to represent the light bulb (which should have been inside the lamp shade and not visible). Continuity mistake: Watch the back seat during the pullover scene. The 3 in the back aren't always there together. Joe's by himself in some scenes. The ladies are missing Joe between them.
Continuity mistake: When Aunt Sarah arrives, she dumps her luggage in the hands of Jim and then passes him to his right, leaving him between herself and the door. In the reverse shot, Jim is on the opposite side. (00:29:15)
Continuity mistake: Andrei is mentally rehearsing icebreaker lines for his first approach to Ramona. Fake macho Silviu sits by him and puts a blunt in front of him, practically under his nose. Reverse shot, and it's gone. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: Zombie Iggy Pop approaches the counter to drink some coffee, and you can see a clock on the wall: it's approx 10:10. But as the zombies leave the diner, through the windows you can see the clock: it's now 9:25. (00:30:45 - 00:31:20)
Continuity mistake: Catherine is in Brittany's flat and she sits down telling a bit about her past. Seen from behind she is touching the hair on the right side of her face, instantly turned into the left side at the cut. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: The protagonist is at the lunch table with his auntie, and is trying to get her to fund his 'enterpreneurial' efforts. After the prayer, she asks him "You want some hot sauce?" Eddie Murphy goes from having his hands joined to having them on his hips. (00:20:25)
