Continuity mistake: When Maddie is coming up with an ending to her novel, she opens one of the ending drafts. Not long after opening the draft, she decides to go on facetime and make a call, whilst the draft is still open, then the man she is trying to contact calls her back. Continuity mistake: As Captain America arrives in his car at the airport car park, he stops right next to the line dividing the spots. In the following shot, when he steps out, the car is further away from the line, more towards the center of the spot. (01:26:50)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan enters Thaddeus' prison cell and begins looking around, there is a clock on the wall showing 7:52. As Thaddeus walks into the cell seconds later, the time on the clock is suddenly 7:55.
Continuity mistake: When Nancy is surfboarding, she is going to ride her last wave for the day. When she is waiting for her last wave, the ocean appears to be calm, but when it cuts to the very far 3rd person view a big wave pops up on the screen. When it cuts back the wave has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When the G.R.S. team is on their day off (9/11 anniversary), Tanto is seen video chatting with his wife. In the frontal shot of him, he's using a Samsung smartphone, but in the next shot, it changes to a Blackberry. This is done multiple times throughout the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Seok-woo gets tackled by a soldier zombie at Daejeon Station, when he is first shown on the floor, he places his hands on the soldier's shoulders to keep him away from him. His hands are shown pressed against the shoulders in the first shot. When the camera changes to a different angle, his right hand is suddenly grabbing onto his clothing. (00:45:24)
Continuity mistake: Blood from Tom's shirt's elbow when he is attacked by Rachel appears and disappears randomly between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Felicia Williams goes to see Mike at the hotel after the accident, her nails change. During the accident, they are a pink color, but after and in the hotel, they are unpainted. It's unlikely she would have her nails done during and after the accident.
Continuity mistake: Whilst sitting having lunch, when the girl sits beside Ben Affleck, he removes the cup from his thermos, and sets it down to his right. A following shot shows the cup now on his left. (00:36:00)
Continuity mistake: When Laina has to take off her clothes to change after she failed, there are no straps, meaning no bra. When she and Blake are changing by the pool, she has a bra on. She never had time to change/find one.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, fire axes seem to be the weapons of choice. Only two fire axes are used, but they appear recurrently. In the very first use, the protagonists grab fire axes to butcher the monster called Beverly. Blood and gore go everywhere; yet, the axes emerge from this bloodbath with no blood or gore on the handles - they're virtually pristine moments later. The axes are used again and again, right up to the ending, and blood comes and goes from the axe handles seemingly at random.
Continuity mistake: During the flashback, where Sienna plays a search game with Zobrist in his office, her knitted coat is off her shoulders, on her shoulders, and off again. (01:20:00)
