Continuity mistake: After Seligman offers to wash Joe's coat, she tells him not to and it's her coat. He shrugs it off and sets the coat on the bed and turns, walking away. It suddenly jump cuts to him being back at the foot of the bed facing her and asking her what happened.
Continuity mistake: The needle Cheryl's holding goes back and forth from her right to her left hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Oscar is on the phone to learn about the location of the job interview in the warehouse district, the paper that was on top of the payphone jumps suddenly in the hand that holds the receiver to his ear, with the phone call already being over. (00:22:25)
Continuity mistake: Juliano and Joaquin are having their pictures taking celebrating the first earnings from their own gold pit. All of a sudden between shots, the photographer loses the cigarette behind his ear. (00:18:50)
Continuity mistake: During the first meeting between Sebastian and Belle, the dog drops the game far back on the hill, but the rest of the scene takes place with the dead hare right in front of the 'beast', on the edge of the rock. (00:10:10)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the waiter is wheeling the cart out of the building. Two workers are loading the van, with Saman to order them around. One is wearing a hat, the other isn't. Hatless Guy walks out of the van first and is sprinting back towards the building, with Hat Guy noticeably behind, but in the next shot Fabrizio passes the cart to Hatless Guy and Hat Guy is already way past them both. Deliberate mistake: The whole premise of the movie is 'artistic license' so to speak; the protagonist signs himself up to the bone marrow donors register, called ADMO in his country (Italy). But he is still a minor, and that is strictly not allowed. Not even with a written consent of the parents as shown in the movie.
Continuity mistake: Emily Smith-Dungy just kicked her bags in the snow. Her neighbour and schoolmate Kat drives by and offers her a ride home. Emily after initially rejecting her help accepts it; the trophy switches hands from the first quick shot to the next. Her scarf is also positioned differently. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: The protagonist at the beginning of the movie sunbathes topless.The camera is positioned where the kid is spying her, and in that wide shot she is placing the garment she removed close to her lower half of the body. When he waves his hand casting a shadow over her eyes, the bikini top is in the corner of the towel next to her head. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: Bera and Bea have multiple sequences where he complains about his roomie Ugo who lashed back at him after all the abuse he had to take from him. There's a plastic cup on the flush tank; in one of the scenes, in between others, the cup is suddenly in a different spot on the tank (more to the right) and the straw is tilted the opposite way than before. Continuity mistake: When the awful cousin Charlotte hands Gwen the slice of unbirthday cake, she does it with her right hand, left hand, right hand. (00:04:20)
Factual error: When the protagonist is looking up the fingerprint (or fingertip...) data in the computer, he gets a match for a New York State Driver license. The document is a clear fake, with no document number (which in 2008 was on the front) and a 10 digits client ID number instead of 9 digits. (00:04:00)
Continuity mistake: After stabbing the bad guy at the beginning, Callahan for some reason pulls back and somehow dives past a door managing to drag in a grown woman who was all crouched down by the entrance. Wonky physics of it aside, the bad guy shoot at him, but shoots just a hole in the door frame. The hole appears to be CGI, and in fact when Callahan shoots back from the bedroom, the hole is gone. Continuity mistake: Jen unboxes the stuff she grabbed from the basement where she spotted the railroad tracks. She picks up a large vase which she shows to her business partner; the hand at the bottom is the vase is the left or the right one depending on the camera angle. (00:10:40)
Continuity mistake: When Swifty is calming the horse, and the scrap dealer exclaims, "He's fast!", Swifty has his face pressed against the horse's nose; in the cut to the long shot, Swifty is suddenly facing the horse, looking up at it. (00:25:00)
Revealing mistake: When Eliza is negotiating a deal to sell the pig to Magda whilst sitting at the kitchen table, Magda takes out her phone to call someone. When she puts the phone to her ear, a search bar and keypad can be seen instead of the call screen, revealing that she is not actually making a call. (00:28:30)
Revealing mistake: Robin is running away from company investigators. He comes across a supposed wire link fence. He breaks it with his bare hands, and by the flapping of the open piece you can see it is made with strings not wire.
Continuity mistake: The layout of the two slices of pizza on the tray and the position of Tyler's fork on his plate differ after Matt reaches the table. The slices of pizza are touching, then spread apart like a "V." Tyler's fork moves from being diagonally across his plate with tines facing him to being situated near the edge of the plate with tines facing Jessica. (00:13:19)
Character mistake: Luca calls Eve in the dark outside the house, searching her. But they all know that Eve is deaf. (00:33:20)
Continuity mistake: When the movie starts and Linda takes a glass of water to her lips, the hand with which she holds the glass swaps between shots.
