Continuity mistake: When Wilson jams the pistol in Oliver's face, Wilson is holding the gun in his right hand. When the shot changes, it flips - he is suddenly holding it in his left hand, and his previous un-scarred left eye now has some scrapes around it.
Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) vs. Nathan Drake (Uncharted) - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: After her victory, Lara checks her surroundings, and then puts on her red glasses. The rope of hair in front of her face is behind her left lens. She then turns her head and suddenly that same rope of hair is out and in front of the center of her glasses. (00:07:15)
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, John Ross decides to drink some of the whiskey from the bottle that his father, J.R. Ewing, left for him. The bottle of whiskey is about half full, filled to just about the bottom of J.R. Ewing's signature on the bottle. As John Ross reaches for the bottle, it is now suddenly only about 1/6 full compared to the half full it was from the previous shot. The level continues to move up and down. (00:41:45)
The Hand That Rocks the Mabel - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Mabel gets back from her date with Gideon, she finds Dipper reading the 3rd journal on the sofa. However, there is a 2 on the book instead of a 3. (00:06:08)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, the way Holmes holds the photo is different in consecutive shots. (00:01:00)
Continuity mistake: When Fred asks Kevin if he can see his pet fly, Kevin says that his flyer mentioned a reward and shows him a flyer about a missing cat. The next angle shows the back of the flyer with its front showing through it, except the flyer is now completely different. This flyer is actually the "Kevin's Floral Service" flyer that Kevin shows Fred after the first one. Then, when Kevin shows Fred that flyer, the angle changes, and he is now holding the missing cat flyer from before. (00:05:41)
Dinner at the Castellanos - S3-E15
Continuity mistake: While Mindy is eating dinner and talking to Dani about getting off gym class, after she mentions the pentagram she puts her knife down and switches her fork to her right hand. The angle changes, and she's holding both items of cutlery in the correct hands again.
Wreck-It Ralph vs Angry Birds - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: After the turkey opens the door, in the close up it slowly turns its head to look at Tacoma. But then the camera cuts back to show Tacoma from Carl's point of view and suddenly the turkey is facing forward again, now slowly turning its head towards Tacoma again. (00:23:25)
Continuity mistake: Gary Walsh is holding an iPad with a cell module, a big black bar at the 'top' of the iPad, in landscape with the bar on camera left. During the exchange with Selina, the orientation switches to the right side and back again. (00:00:40)
Episode #2.6 - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When Denton looks up Alex Campbell's vehicle registration, it says "AP08 00G" on the computer screen. When she goes to where the vehicle is, the registration is "AP08 0DG."
Visible crew/equipment: A camera and microphone are visible on the front of Walt's vehicle after the opening credit/intro as he takes Ruby's call, explaining he's headed to Denver. (00:01:35)
Continuity mistake: Miss Fisher as 'Fern' is posing as the magician's assistant. He does the (supposedly, before the man in the crowd calls out 20 as grand finale) last throw successfully and walks up to her to retrieve the knives. They are obviously positioned differently between shots. (00:30:30)
Counting Your Breaths - S10-E3
Continuity mistake: Sylvie Brett is driving the ambulance on an emergency call. She is barehanded when she is driving, and then she has on blue surgical gloves while driving. Since she is driving during an emergency, there's no opportunity to put on gloves. (00:26:10)
Continuity mistake: After lying about his wife to Lauren, Ryan shouts after her as she gets in her car. From the back he has a pen and paper in his right hand, but in the front shot the paper has vanished.
