Continuity mistake: When Cole fills the water jug at the creek, it is only about a fourth full of water when he caps it and hands it to Captain Burroughs. A moment later as they are walking away, the jug is almost completely full of water. (00:18:50)

Continuity mistake: When Walter steps into the cat poo he gets it right under the middle of the shoe. When he then lifts his foot to take a look it's stuck under the front of the shoe with no sign of poo in the middle. (00:17:30)

Audio problem: DVD version. In the scene where Lisbeth is about to be buried alive, she gets shot three times by her father as she tries to run away. The sound effect of the gunfire includes the tinkling of a spent cartridge hitting the ground (clearly heard in the rear right). However, the father's gun is seen to be a revolver, which does not eject spent casings when fired - the spent casings stay in the cylinder. (01:50:30)

Factual error: The scene where Princess and Steven are in Chrome Skull's truck, they are trying to dial 911. They are denied access because the phone is password protected. This would never happen. Even though there is a lock on the phone, it would be automatically deactivated for 911 calls. When you lock your cell phone to protect it from unwanted usage, the phone will deny all usage EXCEPT 911 calls.

Continuity mistake: During the song 'Video Girl' watch Nick's tie because the tie is on, then it's off, then on again, then off and so on. (00:23:35 - 00:28:00)

Continuity mistake: When Sugar Bear flies through the air and lands on Truck at the end dance off, Trucks legs bend backwards underneath him. When Sugar Bear gets off of him, he's now flat but his legs are laid straight out instead of bent.

Continuity mistake: Lyn has a patch on his nose and it's loose on one side. In the next scene it's attached tight to his nose again. (01:17:00)

Factual error: Kevin and his buddies go to graduation in Army dress. While the ribbons displayed are hard to identify, several things are sure. They don't have a Washington National Guard ribbon, so they're regulars, and they have no Middle East service ribbons. So just where did they acquire so much fruit salad?

Continuity mistake: Approximately 10 minutes into the movie the main character is going to burglarize a house and there is a guard dog on a chain in the yard that bites him, through a black mask, on his left cheek. After he is in the upstairs bedroom trying to open a safe, you can see blood around the hole near his left eye, but when he pulls off the mask, there is no longer blood on his left cheek, or any signs of a puncture wound.

Factual error: The credits list several of the characters as "Arab." But the film is set in Afghanistan and the Afghans are not Arabs.

Continuity mistake: During the sex scene between Alex Pettyfer and April Pearson, April Pearson is not wearing a shirt. However, as Alex Pettyfer is dragged out of the car, she is suddenly wearing her shirt again.

Continuity mistake: After the blue car hits the white car, the back bumper, on the left side is sticking up. In the next shot of the white car from the back, the bumper looks like nothing happened. (01:01:30)

Revealing mistake: When Steven Seagal makes his triumphant entrance in the credits, his sword misses the first zombie he supposedly hacks (right after "Written by"), by a mile. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: After seeing the aborted baby, Quaid goes into the bathroom and plunges his head into water. His hair, however, is perfectly dried afterward. (00:35:35)

Factual error: When Esposito revisits the murder scene, he asks Morales whether he would prefer the culprit to receive the death penalty. Morales answers that he would not, claiming that to doze off and fall asleep (hinting at execution by lethal injection) would be too good for the man who raped and brutally murdered his wife. Execution by injection has never been practiced in Argentina - where the last execution was carried out in 1916, by shooting - and was legally enacted only in 1977 and practiced the first time in 1982 (in both cases by the state of Texas). Thus, it seems anachronistic that anyone would equate the method with capital punishment in 1974, when the scene is set. (00:24:00)

Continuity mistake: When Lotte is tied down to the altar and is talking to Jimmy, the cut on her face alters constantly from the left cheek and right cheek throughout the conversation.

Factual error: At 01:29:08 we see Carys lying despondent on the couch in her living room surrounded by balled up tissues, empty food containers/soda cans and trash - all the signs of going through a bad break up. She gets up to answer the door for her mom, who has brought by a plate of cookies. Carys sits on the couch again, looks down, looks up, and by 1:29:40 the entire room is clean; we see her mom fluffing a pillow. There is no way her mom could have cleaned the living room in less than 32 seconds.

Revealing mistake: During the fight scene at the rest area, Gina is hitting Dick, and her sweater rides up her back, revealing the battery pack for the microphone taped to the small of her back.

Continuity mistake: In a "movie inside the movie" moment, Arshad Warsi is on the witness stand. In the wide shot the hand he had on the book is held up gesticulating, and at the end of the shot he has his hat in both hands, while it is under his armpit in the shots from the front. (00:12:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lex Luthor has his battle suit on and fighting Superman and Batman, the head and neck piece change dramatically and constantly. Sometimes the piece surrounds his head, leaving plenty of room and sometimes his head sticks out over the piece. And it's not a matter of angles, because in some shots, everything being the same, the side piece remains at ear level and his head is either above or below the head piece.
