Visible crew/equipment: When Claire runs away from Bob after he calls her "Ms. Bennet", you can see Bob's shadow and another person's shadow on the ground. Since no one else was standing next to them, it has to be a crew member, most likely a camera man based on the odd shape of the shadow.
Continuity mistake: The door to Dexter's apartment opens out toward the walkway. However, in all subsequent episodes the door opens into his apartment.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when Vinnie and Rocket search for Gabby's pet badger, after updating her, Vinnie goes back into his bedroom where Rocket is seen in the room pulling out a pirate's peg leg, Professor Q's "oscilloradioscope", and a baking soda volcano from behind his back. However, for about a frame, the other 2 items were also peg legs before turning into the respective item. His mouth also tilts between frames. (00:00:25)
Bargaining - S1-E5

Lilly, Do You Want to Know a Secret? - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, when Oliver joins Miley and Lilly at the table the food and trays change position, particularly the milk carton. Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.
Continuity mistake: When the girls are in Cleo's room after discovering her magical singing, she says "People love me. Adore me. Aren't I adorable?" She then turns to look in the mirror. Her hands are on her waist in the close-up but are by her side in the wide shot. (00:12:59)
Continuity mistake: Moss and Roy are in Jen's office to ask her if they should "connect her to the matrix", while Jen is working on her computer. Jen shouts back, asking them to stop undermining her, and the monitor has disappeared. (00:13:45)
Suggested correction: The monitor blended in with Roy's jeans.
Factual error: Gay pride flags are visible in a window. The 6 color flags shown were introduced in 1979 (though an 8 color flag preceded it in 1978). (00:30:44)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dwayne Tancana is about to jump off the boat, his mic gear is seen tucked in his belt. (00:21:00)
