Continuity mistake: Tony tries to escape in his UTE. The inserted footage is matched in model and color, but the inserted vehicle carries a huge towbar. It is also shown travelling on its rims, yet when Tony finally pulls to a stop, the tyres are intact.
Visible crew/equipment: As Steve Martin is rounding a corner to enter a bathroom, you can see a cameraman in the mirror on the far left side of the screen. (00:11:35)
Revealing mistake: Despite playing a blind character Helen Slater is noticeable when she appears to be using her sight throughout the movie.
Factual error: When the protagonists arrive to Patmos, latitude and longitude are switched the other way around at 26°489 and 37°411. Moreover, that's not Patmos, but Anydro Patmou, an uninhabited islet unlike what is shown here.
