Plot hole: Spyro says to Rafael the gun dealer that they need the "hardware" (guns) cause they're going to be hit, but in the scene before we see the Diablos already hitting them after the Mayor finishes talking to the police over the phone.

Plot hole: It makes no sense that Caesar would be allowed to point a gun at Gino with Gino's bodyguard right there. That's what bodyguards are for.

Plot hole: It makes no sense to send bounty hunters after Alex without any kind of tracking device, they just find her without any help.
