Continuity mistake: When Ramius is shot, he drops to the floor holding his wound with his left hand. He is still using his left hand when Ryan asks "What happens if he makes it to that ignition circuitry". The angle then changes, and Ramius is holding his wound with his right hand as he answers "He can incinerate the ship". New angle change, and Ramius is once again using his left hand on the wound. Continuity mistake: When Irv and Blaire are snuggled up on the couch, watching Wheel of Fortune, watch the big bowl of buttery popcorn they have. In the first shot it is full to the brim. In the next shot it's half full. (01:18:15)

Continuity mistake: When Ralph is running from the hunters at the end and he finds the pig's head on the stick, he stops with his arms spread out a bit. In the next shot, even though you only see his head and shoulders, you can tell that his arms are now straight at his sides.
Continuity mistake: When MSgt McKinny is patting down the prisoners for contraband, his cap changes position on his head between shots. (00:34:55)

Continuity mistake: When Marvin is trying to get money to pay off the speeding ticket, Bobby reaches into his pocket with his left hand and takes the cigarette out of his mouth with his right hand. Both hands are in motion as this shot ends. The shot then switches to another angle, and Bobby now has the cigarette in his left hand, both arms already at his sides. There was no time to complete this move between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Bastian and Atreyu are sitting by the fireplace you see Atreyu put his arrow to the ground. When it cuts to a closeup he has the arrow in his hand again. (00:36:15)
Continuity mistake: When Cooper goes upstairs to get the TV set, in the room, the power cord hangs a little bit. Next shot, in the hallway, the same cord is on the TV set, not hanging at all. And in the next shot, when going down the stair, he holds the cord in his hand. (00:57:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jacob is talking on the phone while shaving, the amount of shaving cream on his face changes from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: In the strip club, the serial killer puts the dollar bill in the dancer's g-string twice.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie, when Snow White has already been tied up by Lord Malice, the Dwarfelles come to rescue her. As the Dwarfelles are beating up Lord Malice, there's a quick shot of Snow White again and she is untied and has her hands covering her cheeks. Next shot, the fighting between the Dwarfelles and Lord Malice continues and Snow White is again tied up.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end, when James Belushi swerves to miss his dog in the middle of the street he crashes his car into a parked car and then roll to a stop. Notice before the camera cuts to a frontal shot of the wrecked car, that there is a huge spider crack in the windshield, as if James hit it with his head. This huge spider crack then disappears once the camera cuts to the frontal shot and the windshield is in perfect shape. (01:33:45)

Continuity mistake: Dick Tracy and Kid narrowly escape the exploding boiler at Tess' apartment building. They leap to the ground a second before it explodes. As the dust settles, Tracy pushes himself to his feet - to reveal explosion debris that was already underneath him.
Continuity mistake: When the white cop pulls out all of his healthy lunch on the desk he lines them up. And the camera pans across everything that he has. But when they pan out the items are not lined up the same.
