Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie during the semi truck chase, the truck's grill is alternately damaged/intact between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Chozen hits Daniel in the stomach, on the bridge by the village, one of Chozen's friends kicks the drum under Daniel to the other side of him, but when the girl hurls the vegetable at Chozen, it is back where it originally was. Also, when the girl hurls the vegetable he looks over his shoulder to his left, yet in the closeup he is looking over his right shoulder. (00:55:25)
Continuity mistake: When Chuck and his compatriot are escaping from the terrorists in the Greek Orthodox Church van we see Chuck leaning out of the side of the van until the sliding door is hit with three shots in a near straight line, however, the next time we see the side door panel it is undamaged until subsequent shots which show a square grouping of four holes instead of a line of three.
Continuity mistake: During the chase scene where they attach the "engine killer" remote to the Dodge M4S (aka Wraith's vehicle), 2 Chevy Malibu Cop cars are barreling up the road towards the racers. Once the cops pass the starting line, the cars are now Dodge cop cars. (00:44:25)
Continuity mistake: After Charlie shoots April in the ass with the slingshot, she immediately turns around to see who did it. Charlie is holding it as he says "Oops" and Brad takes it from him, all the while April is turned completely towards them. Couldn't she see it was Charlie and not Brad?
Continuity mistake: When Max and Joey take a picture at Luigi's house, Joey is looking at the camera and not smiling while Max's hand is just below Joey's right ear, getting ready to grab it. When Max makes a copy of the picture later, Joey is looking away from the camera, smiling, and Max's hand is on Joey's shoulder. (00:50:50 - 01:14:40)
Continuity mistake: When Harry Mitchell is at Leo's club with Doreen, he takes a Polaroid of her. When she asks him how it came out and he tells her it's a little dark, he's actually looking at the picture upside down. We then cut back to Doreen then back to Harry, only this time he's holding the same picture the right way up. Also, during the same scene, Doreen's suspender belt starts off attached to her stockings, then it's unattached, then attached, before we see her unattaching it.
Continuity mistake: At the funeral, the name shown in the coffin is 'Micheal Wong'. Later in the film, in the scene where Michelle takes a look at the coffin, the name has changed to 'Michael Wong'.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Remy finally figures out that Ann has some serious questions about his dept., he pushes her against a tree. When the camera is on him, her necklace has swung around to the back of her dress. When the camera is on her, the necklace is 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside the front of her dress. This switches back and forth several times.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Volkswagon is sinking in the water, the first shot shows Chuck Norris diving off the car roof and he starts to doggie paddle. The next shot is of Melody Anderson swimming and behind him, Chuck is still on the roof of the car. The next shot, he is back in the water again.
Continuity mistake: When Howard is about to fight in the bar he walks down the counter and passes by the same people twice.
Continuity mistake: At The Incinerator night club, Lance rides past an exit on his motor bike as an ATV and its rider emerges, but when the shot changes to Lance riding down the ramp, the same ATV and rider are emerging from the exit again.
Continuity mistake: Tuba receives a call for the disturbance at the asylum. Cheung runs to the crime scene first. There are two girls to his left that point at the scene; in the opening shot they run off instantly, in fact facing away from it, but in the front view they are still there pointing - both times Cheung goes past them. Continuity mistake: Mr. Fox gets to his apartment building sporting a huge cigar. He briefly talks, or at least attempts to communicate, with the girl in the lobby, and the cigar is gone. The cigar is back the moment he opens the door to his flat and the goons jump him.
Continuity mistake: Martin McNamara calls his brother at the beginning of the movie and tells him he'll be ready in two minutes. When the camera cuts to a new shot, his grip on the phone changed entirely.
