Continuity mistake: When Harold Ramis is fighting Bill Murray to try to keep him from leaving the base, notice when Harold is on top of Bill choking him, there is a duffel bag under Bill's head, and in the cut-aways the bag is a few feet away. (00:47:00 - 00:47:45)
Continuity mistake: The two Lamborghini women get stopped by police. The one in the red suit is on the right, with her front zipper up. In the next shot the other race contestants zoom on by, and the two women are shown from behind. In the next front shot, her zipper is down. The next shot from behind, show more race contestants zooming by. The next front shot, her zipper is up again, then she pulls it down to pull out her driver's license for the officer.
Continuity mistake: The level of liquid in the doctor's beer mug changes noticeably between shots; the mug fills itself up again just before he leaves the pub. (00:47:10)
Continuity mistake: When Katya and the Mayor enter his study and sit down, in one shot Katya puts her hand up to under her mouth. In the next closeup it is down. (00:18:50)
Continuity mistake: About 20 minutes into the movie, the family is sitting around the dining room table eating breakfast. Dad asks how school is going, and the daughter replies, "I learned all about my cervix in sex ed today", then walks off. They are eating breakfast, and the kids have not yet gone to school.
Continuity mistake: After the engines break down on the Carina, Lena leads a horse dragging the boat along as they work to fix it. We see her leading it on the north side of the canal but when they pass Uniship she is suddenly on the south.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Linda is in the car with Bitterman, she says, "Oh, here comes Mrs. Nezbeth..." While she is saying that in that shot, she turns around and looks out the rear window of the car. In the next couple of shots, outside of the car, Mrs. Nezbeth is coming from the opposite direction Linda looked.
Continuity mistake: As Kevin and the Time Bandits make their way to the place that Napoleon has taken control of, five people are executed by a firing squad. A couple shots later, the same group of people are being executed again. (00:15:35)
Continuity mistake: When Charlotte Taylor Wilson arrives by stage, Don Esteban is making a speech. Behind him is a shield over the gateway. In most shots, the shield is in full sun. But in a couple, it's partially in the shade of some trees.
Continuity mistake: While Chevy's car is being covered with radioactive foam from the truck in front of him, following shots alternately show the car with and without foam.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film the plane they are initially flying on is a typical passenger plane, but when the Muppets are thrown out, the plane is one used for skydiving.
Continuity mistake: When Snoopy is at the library, he picks out a book and you can see there is nothing on the front cover, but when we see a close up of the book in the next shot, the words "How to Perform Magic" have appeared.
Continuity mistake: In the wardrobe, as Cosmo walks away, the measuring tape is under the sewing machine and there is nothing on top of the plans for the dress. When he comes back to the machine, the tape is on top of the plans. (00:41:10 - 00:42:10)
Continuity mistake: Harry pulls a bat out of his car trunk which becomes yellow, shorter, and bounces, likely made out of foam, then it turns back to normal when demanding money from one of two thugs he's nailed.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Caesar orders his guards to kill and seize Mel Brooks, he calls for more wine and a servant comes to pour him some If you notice his shirt, it is clean and white. In the shot right after he calls for it, when the servant is walking up behind Caesar laughing, you can see that Caesar's shirt is stained purple. This is caused from repeated takes, because right after the servant walks up he spills the entire container on Caesar. But yet, in the finished movie, Caesar's shirt is purple before it even gets spilled on.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the film when Gregory and Susan are "dancing" in the country park, the amount of day light changes between scenes from dark to daylight to dusk.
Continuity mistake: When Earl is invited into the house by Vic, it is still dark outside, probably wee hours of the morning. After what seems like only a few minutes inside the house, Earl leaves and it is light outside. (00:52:10 - 00:57:25)
Continuity mistake: Atouk takes a white pumpkin from Gog and throws it at the dinosaur. When it lands on the dinosaur's horn the pumpkin is orange.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the robots run out of battery, the female robot stretches out her right arm and shuts down in that position. The male robot walks up and stretches out his right arm and shuts down holding hands. In between shots of holding right hands, you see them holding left hands. First right hands, then left hands, then right hands again.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam tells the devil that he has "the very varmint in mind", you can see there are no flames coming up from the pit behind him, but in the next shot flames have suddenly appeared.
