Continuity mistake: At the Gator Motel, after Cledus and Bandit get part of the money, when Bandit starts crying about Frog and blows his nose into the money, there is a side shot showing a wad of bills in Bandit's shirt pocket before he actually puts the bills into his pocket in a following shot. Continuity mistake: When Julian Kay is tearing apart his Mercedes to look for the stolen jewels, he is seen pulling some plastic off the driver's door, in the next shot, you can still see the plastic attached to the car door.
Continuity mistake: Louise gets the door and receives a summons; she holds the paper by the top or by the side depending on the camera angle. (00:25:25)
Continuity mistake: Gus Soltic at the beginning of the movie pours ketchup on the eggs. When he's done, he moves away the bottle in one shot, but it's still vertical above the eggs in the next shot. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: In the very last scene, Hoskins opens the back left hand passenger door. He gets in, and is seated right on the edge of the seat (as far left as he can go) when the car takes off, and Brosnan pops up and aims a gun at Hoskins. Hoskins does not move. However, from the camera angle, Brosnan is pointing a gun at the middle of the row of seats, whereas Hoskins is sitting on the far left.
