Character mistake: "Blanco" Webb refuses parole on the grounds that, under Home Office rules, that would mean he had to admit to murdering his wife, a charge he vehemently denies. However, he accepts a pardon from the Home Office issued on the recommendation of the prison governor. Surely someone like Blanco, a man who quotes Home Office regulations by chapter, paragraph and verse, must know that a pardon is a remission of all punishment for a crime committed by the person being pardoned? By accepting a pardon he is admitting his guilt in exactly the same way as he would have been had he accepted parole.

Character mistake: A toy company would surely know better: the sign outside the toy factory misspells "Pinocchio" with only one C instead of two. (00:25:20)
Character mistake: Barry is outside the shop with Glenda; he unlocks his car door, but he opens the door while he is still turning the key.
Character mistake: Spock says "The Queen of Hearts and her cards are characters from Alice Through the Looking Glass, Captain." They are from Alice in Wonderland. Looking Glass has chess pieces as characters instead of playing cards.
Character mistake: S44/E80 Noah Newman works as a bartender, and while at Victor Newman's house says "let's show off some of those drink serving skills." While making a drink he pours straight vodka from the bottle into a martini glass and puts in olives and hands it to Abby to drink. As bartender Noah should know how to make a martini. He doesn't use any vermouth with the vodka and doesn't chill it first by shaking or stirring it before pouring it into the martini glass. (00:11:00)
