Continuity mistake: In this scene we see John Wayne and others milking goats. The goats then get startled by a baby elephant and Wayne falls backwards on to the ground and you can see he takes the bowl with his right hand and the milk is thrown out of the bowl. In the next shot of him close up the bowl is on his head like a helmet when the bowl never even went on his head as he fell backwards. (01:09:20)
Continuity mistake: After Bond gets picked up from the airport, evades a car, then fights with the driver, at one point, he pulls back his right arm, but then the angle changes and he hits him with his left one. (00:20:20)
Continuity mistake: The shadows in the scene with Lawrence sleeping on his camel are short because it's the middle of the day. In the next shot you see long shadows on the sand. When Ali wakes up Lawrence they are short again. (01:01:41)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they ride to the top of a hill on horseback, you can see a white van and power lines in the distance.
Continuity mistake: When Jack is aboard the boat at the end of the film, the dragon drops a rock into the water. The water splashes into the boat soaking everyone. The front of Princess Elane's dress is wet, but in the next couple of shots it is completely dry.
Continuity mistake: Approximately 46 minutes into the film, Robert Preston is testing a new bullwhip. The whip is in his left hand as he brings his arm back and cracks the whip. He brings the left arm back for a second crack, and the shot changes to a closer angle just as he brings the whip down, only now it is suddenly in his right hand and not the left. The editing, the sound effect, the arm swing all seem perfectly coordinated, except that the whip changed hands between camera set-ups.
Continuity mistake: Sakurai is having a steak dinner at home; in the close-up of the two steaks and fries, one of the men is holding a beer glass with their right hand, but it's not the case in the next shot. (00:07:40)
Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene with Bligh, Christian, Young and Fryer, watch the wedge of cheddar cheese magically change size.
Continuity mistake: When the bailiff is trying to repossess Albert's car outside the shop, the cars parked in the car park opposite change between shots.
