Visible crew/equipment: In the live-action segment, several times when Mario and Luigi confront Mrs. Gammliss, the shadow of either a crew member or a piece of equipment is moving at the top of the screen. It is not Mario, Luigi, or the Ratagator's, as they are not moving, and it is not the passersby's, as the shadow is present even when they are not present. (00:17:38 - 00:18:45)
Visible crew/equipment: You can see cameras, crew and what appears to be a bonfire reflected in Emma's visor when she is dressed as the White Wild Force ranger. (00:15:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After the cannibal woman spits on the guard as he walks through the prison transport ship, he comes to a long haired guy. But as he comes onto screen you can see the end of the set piece for the ship with the walls of the shooting studio visible. Then when the camera cuts to another angle it shows the guard still has a lot of ship to walk through. (00:09:25)

The Town Where No One Got Off - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: The overhead boom mic dips into the scene as the old man is speaking.
Visible crew/equipment: When Baby tries to walk, and he falls over, as he falls you can see the black sleeve covering the puppeteer's arm.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning as the two men are pulling up in the field with the goats, there is a black screen reflected in the window of the truck. It looks like a block to keep the sun out of the shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Sydney taps the shoulder of the baddie who nearly disarmed Nigel, a strong light is cast on his face just before the cut. Nobody was supposed to point a flashlight or a torch at the fight. (00:38:15)
