Continuity mistake: When Kathryn and Regina are at the club Kathryn orders the drink, then holds out her left hand to give Regina the car keys, but next shot it's Kathryn's outstretched right-hand giving Regina the keys. (00:11:40)
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
Continuity mistake: We see that the XL18 pilot is sitting in the right seat of the cockpit. In the next shot he has changed to the left seat.
Ozzie and the Bridge Group - S6-E34
Continuity mistake: Ozzie goes to a boxing match. Stock footage shows two boxers fighting in a ring surrounded on all sides by ten rows of seats. Almost every seat is occupied. The close-ups show Ozzie sitting in the front row and there are only three rows of seats behind him.
Tiptoe Through the Penfolds - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: Although Danger Mouse is supposed to be on his own, when he turns a corner in the car, in the overhead shot, you can see Penfold sat next to him.
The Accident - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen at the beginning of the episode Alex's hair changes multiple times throughout the scene.
Continuity mistake: Bud is lying on a surf board, talking to Flipper. During different camera angles, his position on the board changes. He goes from the middle to almost the top. At the end of the scene, in the wide-shot, he's always to the end of the board. He also goes from being centered with a foot on each side of the board to being on the left-side with just that foot in the water. (00:13:20 - 00:14:20)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Dr. Denman captures the mermaids and they fight back with their powers. Emma's facial expressions changes between cuts. (00:07:15)
Piratsy Under the Seas - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Jolly Roger hands the map to Dale, the map has either a dark brown border or not depending on the angle. (00:08:30)
Dear Mallory - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: Mallory starts reading one of her advice column letters to Alex. The letter she pulls from the stack is on blue paper in a blue envelope. After a cuts to Alex, there's a close-up of Mallory as she reads the letter, and then in the next wide shot the letter is on orange paper with an orange envelope. The letter is from a girl who intrigues Alex, so he grabs the orange envelope and starts to tear off the return address. The shot changes to show Elyse walk into the room, and Alex is now tearing the corner from the original blue envelope. When Elyse sits down, Alex reads the address holding a slip of the blue envelope, then starts to get up. In the immediate cut that follows, Alex is holding the orange envelope when he stands up. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, as Mat enters the kitchen with a chicken in the newspaper, the attentive viewer may notice a small shelf on the wall. At first there is only salt on the shelf, but when Mat is about to put the chicken in the oven, suddenly an orange mug can be seen on the shelf next to the salt, which was not there before.
Continuity mistake: To beat the traffic, Coop skateboards inside a construction pipe. The pipe is on the back of a truck, so it's not exactly very long, and gets picked up by a crane arm mounted on the truckbed itself. However, Coop takes ages to come out of the pipe, and in the shot from inside the pipe it looks as if is dozens of meters above the street level, which isn't. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: Debbie Dobson is looking through a photograph album, the pages she has open have photos of her sister Gemma. The angle changes when Gemma enters the room, just before Debbie turns the page the photos that can now be seen are of Debbie herself. (00:04:45)
Continuity mistake: When we see the pizza stand at the beginning, you can see there is nothing on the wall, but when the man takes Scooby and tosses him around, a "Pizza" sign has suddenly appeared.
Me and Mr. T - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the teacher is asking the class questions about the declaration of independence, she has some info about it written on the blackboard ending with "1776 in." Then facing away from the blackboard, she asks a question and Mr. T quickly answers and then only a second later, the camera is back on the teacher and suddenly the world "PHILADELPHIA" is on the blackboard under the "1776 in" with no time for her to have written that word in one second.
The Crest of Sincerity - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the DigiDestined are running towards a cactus mirage, Patamon is visible instead of Tokomon. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: The fish that Harley uses to protect herself from the Joker changes shape and size every shot.
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Firefly, Light My Fire - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the boys are tied up, they begin with their feet tied but in the next shot, IQ and Courage have their feet separated.
