Continuity mistake: Snow Place to Go: When Toothy dies, some blood comes out of his mouth, and lands on his face. A few seconds later, the blood is gone. (00:05:26)
Continuity mistake: As Rey tells BB-8 that he can stay with her, you see the droid behind her from a frontal view. When it cuts to a side angle of BB-8, the lines and details on the side of it's head close to it's "eye" change with more lines appearing, the orange rectangles at the bottom become taller, and the white rectangle box moves higher up. Also in the side view there is some black cone sticking out of what would be BB-8's "face." If it's his eye it's now suddenly sticking out way too far and isn't that extended. If it's the little censor thing that is next to his eye then it's now on the wrong side of his head. (00:00:25)

Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Continuity mistake: When Batman is talking to Scooby and the gang in the Batcave, in one shot he is missing his glove and is wearing a large ring, while in all other shots he had both gloves on.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Norrin Radd is placing the Kree and Skrull weapons on the rock, he is lying them down on the edge of the rock furthest from him. When the shot changes, he places them down on the edge nearest to him.
Continuity mistake: In all other episodes of this season, Officer Dan has blonde hair. This one episode, Officer Dan has gray hair and his face looks completely different from other episodes.
Just the Right Distance From the Sun / Solar Power Rover - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In "Solar Power Rover", when they open the gate to DSA, the lock switches sides.
Continuity mistake: When a rock breaks through the glass and hits Bob, he drops his pipe. He hops outside, leaving his pipe in the floor. When he's approaching the Sheriff, he has the pipe in his mouth again.
Continuity mistake: Before and after the Beetle's battle armor is fried by May Parker activating the jet engine, the appearance and arrangement of the building in the background changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
The Crest of Sincerity - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the DigiDestined are running towards a cactus mirage, Patamon is visible instead of Tokomon. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: When Leonardo slices Bebop's gun, he's wearing red.
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, as the room becomes animated, Ricky has a coffee mug an inch away from him. The mug moves a good 10 inches away from Ricky the shot after Karl says "All right?" (00:00:35)
Continuity mistake: Chris has a blue dye pack explode on him, covering the front of his clown costume and face. But then shortly after, the dye is gone from his face and clothes.
God's Chef - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Clay flips through the "Fake Facts of Life" book, he lands on the page for age 9, and we can see there is no picture on the page. But in the next shot, a picture of a thumbs-up has appeared. (00:05:15)
Continuity mistake: When Mandarin and MODOK are watching the satellite pass by, they are positioned close to each other. When the shot changes, they are suddenly several feet apart. (00:11:49)
Continuity mistake: When Benny comes to Top Cat's dustbin at the start of the episode, he first pushes a door bell and then uses a handle to knock on the dustbin. In the next shot, both the bell and handle have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When JoJo is eating the steak the first time, in close-up the juices have overflown the plate, but in the next shot there's no such mess on the tablecloth. Moreover, you can see him cut the last piece in half, and then pick it up whole. (00:02:50)
