Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam says "I dares" to Bugs, you can see there is nothing behind Bugs, but in the next shot he is standing in front of a mountain.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy Duck appears from the mail box, the red flag is pointing up. In the next shot, it is pointing to the left.
Continuity mistake: Daffy takes down a gun from the mantle, but when Daffy points it at Bugs in the next shot, you can still see the gun on the mantle.
Continuity mistake: When Stan opens the bedroom door and sends Oliver crashing to the metal bed frame, the newspaper which Stan is holding changes from his right hand to left hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: When we see Elmer reading his book at the beginning of the cartoon, the strap of his gun switches shoulders between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Elmer attempts to get gold by digging a hole in the ground and putting dynamite into it, he uses his pick to mark an "X" on the ground. When he puts dynamite in the hole and runs for cover, the "X" has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the baby rooster tells Foghorn Leghorn that he must be the rooster whose job he's taking over, the pieces of broken egg around the baby rooster change between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the Coyote has finished painting the tunnel on the rock face, the pots of paints have brushes in them. When we see the Coyote amazed after seeing the Road Runner running directly through it, the pots of paint beside him have no brushes.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy is in the pond during the filming of "The Duck", you can see behind him there is a log. But when we see the hunters blasting him, two large rocks have appeared from nowhere.
Continuity mistake: When we see Daffy Duck all stuffed and on the mantelpiece, the time on the clock reads 5.35. But when all the other ducks fly on the window ledge and look through the window, the time is now 4.35.
Continuity mistake: Laurel and Hardy are in a rented boat with two young women. Laurel is seated behind Hardy. They each have an oar over the left side of the boat and the boat is going in circles as they paddle. After a brief shot of James Finlayson staring at them from the dock, both men's oars are suddenly on the right side of the boat.
Continuity mistake: When Elmer opens the door and finds Bugs at the dressing table in ladies' underwear, you can see the door is positioned on the left hand side of the frame. But when we see Bugs, the door is now on the right hand side.
Continuity mistake: When Elmer first sees rabbit tracks, there are two big tree trunks in the background, but when we cut to Elmer in the next shot, the trunks have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Pluto is by the radio in the music shop, there is a record player behind him which has three buttons on the side, but in the next shot the buttons have moved a few inches to the right.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs is horrified to realise that he was holding a picket sign, the yellow paint on his tail disappears briefly.
Continuity mistake: Mickey Mouse uses an axe to cut down a tree for Christmas. Each chop he makes is horizontal, but when the tree falls over, the lower part of the trunk comes to a point, and the stump remaining in the ground has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver's wife comes to see him in the dining room, you can see she is wearing frilly sleeves. But when she goes into the kitchen in the next shot, the sleeves have gone.
Continuity mistake: When Stan pulls the door into Oliver's face, Oliver falls backwards and the spring on his back sends him skywards and onto the piano. When Oliver falls onto the piano, you can see that there is nothing on his stomach, but a few seconds later he is covered with piano hammers and other parts from the interior of a real piano.
Continuity mistake: When Crash McDash starts banging on the prison doors, wanting to come back in, the doors have rivets on them. But in a full length view of the prison in the next shot, the rivets have gone.
Continuity mistake: When Witch Hazel is chasing Bugs Bunny up the castle tower, Bugs throws a stone through the window before Hazel appears from behind the curtains. When we see Bugs dressed up as Romeo, the glass panes have disappeared, and when we see Hazel dressed up as Juliet, they are back again.
