Continuity mistake: When Gibbs, Tony and Ziva Rendezvous with McGee outside the enlisted club, to search for Sgt. Porter, McGee puts his NCIS ballcap on twice. (00:09:15)
Continuity mistake: When Abby walks into the lab carrying the box with the Beretta Cougar she is barehanded, and two shots later she's wearing her latex gloves as she reaches for the bullet, but next shot she's barehanded again as she picks up the bullet to show Gibbs. Then, when Abby thanks Gibbs for getting her out of the sensitivity training, the latex gloves suddenly reappear, but they disappear in the next shot. (00:12:10)
Continuity mistake: McGee knocks into Gibbs who drops his coffee. The position of the cup in relation to the lid changes drastically between the long shot and the close up. (00:12:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When McGee and Gibbs are talking in the corridor the camera moves in close behind Gibbs. When it does a camera shadow can be seen appear on the back of Gibbs' head. (00:13:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Gibbs is talking to the suspect in the interview room, the side of the table is very highly polished and reflects the camera trolley moving around. (00:15:00)
Continuity mistake: When NCIS is staking out the grocery store in Koreatown and they see Lee Sung answer the phone, the phone instantly switches hands, and the hand that was holding the phone inexplicably appears on top of the phone frame. (00:27:20)
Continuity mistake: When Ziva is showing the marine the photos of his wife, she lowers her arm with the phone in. Camera changes and her arm is outstretched again. (00:32:00)
Audio problem: At the end when DiNozzo is explaining to the marine what happens, the audio doesn't match his mouth. (00:40:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Just near the end, as Ducky faces the other M.E. in Autopsy with his guilt, the camera shows a person reflected in the silver wall (who would be standing beside Ducky). It's not Ducky, as the M.E. is looking at and talking to Ducky with a different angle. The person appears to be dressed in medical scrubs, but the M.E. and Ducky are the only two in the room. Character mistake: Dr. Ducky mentions that the inventor of the guillotine in France was Dr. Joseph-Ignace Guillotin, but it was actually Dr. Antoine Louis.
Continuity mistake: At the very, very start we see a clipboard on the trolley with the clip to the left. As the camera changes to outside the clip is now on the right. (00:00:05)
Continuity mistake: When Ziva tells Tony to get on with the work she is looking downwards. Camera changes and she is looking upwards. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Abby and Gibbs determine that the ambulance exploding wasn't an accident, McGee is visible next to Gibbs. He then mysteriously disappears, and a moment later, walks around the ambulance carrying an evidence baggy. (00:08:15)
Character mistake: When Gibbs tells William Danforth that the body in autopsy isn't his son, he says, "Not according to AFIS." AFIS is the fingerprint database; since the body was identified using DNA, Gibbs meant to say "CODIS." (00:13:50)
Continuity mistake: When Gibbs and the director sit down for the Chinese food, she picks up her fork and places it into some food. Camera cuts and now she is reaching across the table. (00:32:20)
Visible crew/equipment: After Ducky tells Gibbs he has little chance of ID'ing the burnt body, as Gibbs leaves Autopsy, two crewmen and a camera are visible reflected in the metallic door frame. (00:35:20)
