Visible crew/equipment: When Jack, Kim and Teri are at the compound, Kim stands up shortly before Gaines first shot. On the left you see a crew member kneeling.

Prime Suspect - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Charlie Epps is writing a quadrillion on the whiteboard, the writing alternates between shots. Most noticably when he first writes it down, there is a significant downward tendency of the 000 groups. In the next shot, they are pretty much horizontal. Also the shapes of the commas alter.

Continuity mistake: In the classroom there is a poster of The Laughing Cavalier in the back wall in the class. In the last shot of that scene you can notice that the poster has disappeared and is replaced with an astronaut poster.

Dirty Harry - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: When Dexter listens to Officer Lundy's tape recording, we hear Lundy say that the Trinity killer's weight is 190 to 200 pounds. When we saw him recording that, he said 200 to 220 pounds.

Box Cutter - S4-E1

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Hank is on his laptop bidding on a mineral on 'Mineral Emporium', the address bar shows 'C://.' which means the web-page is in his own documents on his laptop. No way he can bid on a mineral if it's not online!

Plot hole: In this episode, the Duboises make such a big deal about Ariel being old enough to finally learn to drive. However, two episodes previously ("Things to Do in Phoenix When You're Dead") Ariel drove herself to school and Joe complimented her on her prowess.

Revealing mistake: Season 5 Episode 18 "Spark of Life": when they show a closeup of the badly-burned woman during her debridement, it can be seen that even though her eyebrows and hair and, in fact, 90% of her skin has been burned away, she still has long, full eyelashes.

Castle (2009)

After Hours - S5-E8

Plot hole: Beckett and Castle lose their cell phones and wallets and are being chased by the mob. Beckett steals a cell phone from a car but can't use it, since it is locked and then shut off remotely. Any cell phone can always dial 911, whether locked or blocked from service.

Knight Rider [Pilot; a.k.a. Knight of the Phoenix] (1) - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: When KITT takes part in the race and goes up on two wheels, you can see that the stunt driver is behind the wheel and that a dummy is strapped into the passenger's seat.

Damaged - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: At the start of this episode Rossi tells Garcia about the case he's obsessed with, "It's the 20th anniversary of this crime. Twenty years tomorrow, three children woke up and found their parents murdered." However, during S3xE11 "Birthright," while working on their current Wilkinson case, Rossi shows Caulfield (the sheriff of the original Wilkinson case from 1980) the victim's charm bracelet he carries, then tells him about the Indianapolis case he's never forgotten, and how every year since then he's called the victims' children. And later, after Caulfield tells Rossi it's been 27 years since his own unsolved case, he asks Rossi how long it's been for him and Rossi says, "21," then Caulfield cautions, "Don't let it get to 22."

Bali Ha'i - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: Near the start when Mike's pulling over, the car parks literally perfectly along the side of the road. Seconds later when camera shows him stepping out it's at least 12 inches away from the curb.

Guy Walks Into a Psychiatrist's Office - S2-E1

Plot hole: In this episode Tony tells Janice that he has just put their mother's house on the market. In season one, the sale of the house was already progressing.

The Scientist - S2-E8

Factual error: There is no way Laurel Lance would have been allowed on the prosecution team for Moira Queen's murder trial. Due to the facts that she used to date the defendant's son, the defendant's daughter used to intern for her, and her boyfriend was one of the people killed in the Glades it would have taken all of two seconds for the court to have her removed if she didn't willingly recuse herself, since her presence would be a major conflict of interest.

Continuity mistake: 9-4 "Man on Fire": McGarrett's blackboard already lists plutonium as the poison source before Dr. Ormsbee enters to inform him that plutonium was the poison source.

Continuity mistake: 5-4: Identity Crisis. When Ziva is speaking with McGee her lapel changes from being turned up and laying down.

Continuity mistake: When Lee tells Quincy what delicacies the Morenos have to offer on their boat she mentions 'German salami'. But in the German dubbed version and in the German subtitles she mentions "Hungarian salami".

Mirror Image - S1-E21

Continuity mistake: When he introduces himself to Millicent inside the train station, Paul is wearing a dripping wet raincoat. It stays wet in the close-ups, but in the next several inter-cut two-shots, it's completely dry.

Continuity mistake: When Columbo is eating his chili in the booth at the diner, whilst talking to the daughter of the murderer, his bowl of chili moves. It is right in front of him at one point but is then away from him. And it now contains less food.

The A-Team mistake picture

Labor Pains - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: At the beginning during the bridge jump scene, the A-Team van changes. It suddenly has round headlights, its hub caps can be seen popping off when it lands, and it doesn't have any spotlights. The real van has double square shaped headlights, steel spoked rims, and spotlights.

Other mistake: In Episode Hindsight season 17 show 21 When they are showing the rap sheets for the Cambodian man, the race on the sheet says Caucasian when he is Asian, and for the African American man, the sex says "F" when he is male.

Pilot - S1-E1

Factual error: In the opening shot of the episode they show a plane landing at an airport, and it say Dulles International Airport on the screen. There is even a nice shot of the US Capitol building in the background, the problem is that Dulles Airport is about 25 miles from Washington, if the shot is real it was filmed at Reagan National Airport.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when John is going to the refrigerator, a white skull can be seen on the left side of the kitchen table amongst all Sherlock's science equipment. When he closes the refrigerator door again after discovering the severed head, the skull has disappeared. As he's leaving the kitchen, the skull reappears.

Continuity mistake: "Hunters & the Hunted": The Black Beauty drives past a red and white 1957 Chevy BelAir parked on the street. In the next shot, from inside the car as they pass, the Chevy is suddenly parked in the same spot, but facing in the opposite direction. Next shot, as the bad guy follows them, the Chevy is facing forward again.

Continuity mistake: "Lethal Weapons": Darien is holding a disintegrator rifle when he leaps over the electronic fence. It flies from his hands when he lands, skidding across the porch, but disappears from the background when he gets up. It reappears just in time for him to snatch it up and shoot Cole with it.

Forward into the Past - S2-E4

Factual error: Nick tells fellow vampire Aristotle, "You still owe me for that time at the Battle of Hastings." Nick was brought across in 1228, or so the intro told us every week. The Battle of Hastings, as any British school kid knows, was fought in 1066, over 100 years before Nick's mortal birth.
