Continuity mistake: During the song number when Mr Weed arrives, Stewie has a solo part as he starts to backwards crawl up the stairs. In one shot, he climbs up to the third step, but when the camera changes angles he is only on the second step.

Continuity mistake: When Meg is given the note in class by Neil saying "I Want You" the letters become much smaller in the second shot as she turns to look at him.
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is thrown from the swing and lands in another little girl's stroller, the inside is suddenly much larger after Stewie lands in it when the camera changes angles to how big it was when he was flying towards it. It suddenly has enough room for Stewie to be lying beside the girl with room to spare while she is still in the center, when it was barely big enough for her alone before he landed.

Factual error: There's no way that Joe and Susie wear the same size diapers.
Stewie, Chris & Brian's Excellent Adventure - S13-E7
Factual error: They all go back to 1912 in London. When Stewie gives a street performer money, Brian informs him that the person wasn't Charlie Chaplin but in fact, Adolf Hitler, and he was right. Back in 1912, Hitler was living in Vienna, Austria and was poor after failing to get into art school. He didn't actually leave the country until 1913 when he moved to Munich, Germany. (00:10:20)

Factual error: When Peter is sent back to 1984, he plans to see Zapped! in the theater with Lois; Zapped! was released in 1982, and was no longer in theaters by 1984.

Continuity mistake: Making his point to Peter, Brian smashes his Star Was glass on the floor which snaps Peter out of his stupor. The glass shattered into many pieces on the floor in front of Peter's chair. In the subsequent shots, the broken glass is nowhere to be seen on the floor. (00:18:02)

Other mistake: Stewie is standing up on the driver's seat yet he can drive a car normally. His feet don't touch the pedals so how is the car moving?
Other mistake: It makes no sense that Brian ever drives a car. His feet don't even touch the pedals! Hes always sitting like a normal person does when they drive.
Fast Times at Buddy Cianci Jr. High - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: When Stewie says about doing the robot to Brian, the stack of papers in front of him just simply disappear. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Lois is on the boat and Stewie is shooting her, the bullets are going through her body and out her back and in some shots you can see exit wounds on her back but in other shots they're missing.
Other mistake: When Stewie asks if the sheep is being "baashful", the animation of the duck nearest the camera keeps repeating. Watch carefully and you will see 2 bits of grain moving backwards and forwards in a horizontal motion. (00:00:35)

Continuity mistake: On the way to the hospital, Carol's position in the car changes from the middle to the side instantly. (00:05:10)
Factual error: While Trump is showing Peter around the White House, Trump stops and says, "Sorry, can you hang on a sec, gotta close this window, Melania's out there blowing bubbles for Eric." It's a fact that windows are not allowed to be opened in the White House for security sake. Michelle Obama was unaware at first and opened one and the secret service ordered her to shut that window immediately.

Continuity mistake: When Peter gives Chris the invitation to his party Meg walks into the kitchen, and both the fridge and freezer door handles are on the left side, but in following shots both door handles are back to their usual place on the right. (00:01:00 - 00:05:25)
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
