Plot hole: When the invisible Spongebob and Patrick scare Sandy, they are using a sheet to appear as "ghosts". However, the form of the sheet reveals that they don't have their helmet bowls on. How could they survive in the treedome that time? They sounded fine, not dehydrated.
Continuity mistake: Just before Peter enters the tunnel in his new car, the white line in the middle of the road is blotchy and not continuous. When the shot changes to Peter's POV, the line has completely disappeared. The next shot which shows the car side on, there is now a straight white line on the road.
Plot hole: When both Gwen and Eve were in prison in January of 2005, Ethan was trying to get Theresa (whom Gwen had stabbed in the back) to drop the charge of attempted murder so that Gwen would be able to leave the prison. At the same time, Eve was being charged with three attempted murders, including that of Julian in 2001. But Julian loves Eve, and they have reconciled any differences they had three years ago, so why doesn't he also have the option to drop one charge of attempted murder?
Visible crew/equipment: After Scorpius tells Braca that the future of Peacekeeper survival depends on him, it cuts back to Earth and when the Sheriff says, "I got the warrant. Let's go search that house," as the car pulls away we can see a nice reflection of a crew member and the reflector screen.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Kyle comes to Peter's office to talk about the baby, Kyle's hair changes from shot to shot. When sitting down there is one wisp of hair standing up horizontally at the left side of his head. In the next shot it disappears, then appears again.
Continuity mistake: When Doug, Toby, and Sam are talking to the President about how to handle the attempted appeal of the estate tax, they mention several times that it will be the President's first veto, and that it is something that he has never done before. However, in episode four of season two, "In this White House", in the scene where Sam is debating Ainsley Hayes on Capital Beat, the moderator asks why the President's education bill is different from the Republican proposed bill "which the President vetoed." So, the veto of the estate tax repeal was not the president's first.
Factual error: When Mike is describing his attempted invasion of Paris to the TA officers, he mentions going on Space Mountain at Disneyland Paris. However, Mike says that it happened in 1994, which must be correct, as the officers in an important interview like this would pick him up on the inaccuracy. Space Mountain did not open until 1995.
Revealing mistake: When Amanda and Fin are in Atlanta following up on their rape case they walk past several cars with visible Georgia license plates mounted on the front. Georgia is a rear plate-only state, and wouldn't have had plates mounted on the front of the cars as shown here.
Continuity mistake: After Carlos sees the snake on the pole he leaps off the roof onto the pole. When he jumps you can see it's quite a distance from the roof. After catching the snake he is holding onto the pole and asks to be helped back onto the roof. The other characters just put their hands out and pull him up. There was no way with the distance between the pole and the roof they could have come close to reaching him the way they did.
Continuity mistake: In the scene near the beginning when Tom and Linda are talking to Jez and Suze, Tom invites them round for dinner, and says he will cook a spinach pie. He is leaning against the door frame with his right arm up as Suze agrees, but then there is a change of camera shot, and Tom's arm is suddenly down at his side, and not touching the door frame at all.
