Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington (season 3, episode 3)

Mistake Continuity: In the scene where Peter is at the baseball game, Stewie is sitting next to a boy he calls "Opie." The camera then cuts away to a clip. When the camera cuts back, "Opie" is gone and a grown man is now sitting next to Stewie.

Mistake Continuity: When Peter is sharpening the pencils, the ones that he throws on the table are much shorter than what he sharpened them to.

Mistake Continuity: When Mr. Weed is crying about losing his job, we see a view of a long line of trees in the window behind him. The camera switches to a close-up of Peter. When it zooms out again, the trees on the right of Mr. Weed are missing.

Mistake Continuity: When Peter goes to Mr. Weed's office for skipping work to go to a baseball game, he has a piece of paper in his right hand. When the shot changes, however, the paper is in his left hand.
