Suggested correction: There's no way of knowing how long they were in the shuttle after it crashed, what happened to them, or what they might have been doing. It seems it's just meant to show a passage of time.

Green-Eyed Dick - S1-E6

Jeff: It's an ancient Ukranian quilting thimble. There's some writing on the outside. I didn't have time to get it translated.
Mary: Well, you've been so busy with the book.
Dick: Oh uh, speaking of time, don't you have a meeting?
Jeff: Right. I gotta go. Bye.
Mary: I'm gonna have to find someone who can translate Ukranian.
Dick: Oh, that's not Ukranian, it's Turkish. Look, there's a diacritical mark over the "O." [Reads in Turkish.]
Mary: Well, what does it mean?
Dick: "May these always point me toward the spoils of war." This isn't a thimble, it's Turkish nipple armor.

Tarzan (1999)

Deliberate mistake: Throughout the first part of the movie, Tarzan and all the other animals are speaking to each other in English. After Tarzan meets Jane, he has trouble communicating with her and later shows her that he communicates with the gorillas using grunts. This means that the earlier communication between Tarzan and the animals was done for the benefit of the audience. However, with this being the case, Tarzan shouldn't have been able to tell Jane his name, since the gorillas communicate with him in grunts, they would have had no way of vocalizing a name for him that could translate into a human language. At least not until Tarzan and another human could agree on what his name should translate to.

And Then There Was Shawn - S5-E17

Trivia: Eric makes two references to South Park in this episode. When he first greets everyone in detention, he says "Hidee ho" in the same manner as Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo. Later after everyone discovers Kenny has been killed, he screams "Oh my gosh, they killed Kenny!"

Hook (1991)

Question: 1. How did Hook travel to London to kidnap Peter's children? 2. How is it Hook can know with certainty who Peter's kids are, but he doesn't know that Peter Banning is supposed to be Peter Pan? Wouldn't he have to have been following or spying on the family for some time know who the kids are in the first place? 3. How is Hook not able to find where the Lost Boys are hiding when Neverland is a single island?

Phaneron

Answer: 1) Though it is never fully explained, the mystical way Peter Pan would come and go from Never land. 2) It was Smee who was doing the spying. When Hook asked Smee, "This can't be my great and worthy foe?" Smee replied, "I have all the information here." He had a file of paper work on Peter. 3) Hook knew where the Lost Boys were, When Peter asked, what happened to the Never Tree. Tinkerbell said, "Hook burned it when you didn't come back." He considered the Lost Boys not worth the effort. It was Peter, he wanted.

Topanga: Look, none of us is the killer. There has to be somebody else in here and there has to be another way out. Somebody has to find a way out.
Eric: Fine, I'll do it. I'm the oldest.
Jack: Actually, I'm the oldest.
Eric: Yeah, but I've lived the longest.
