Continuity mistake: Batman tricks Wolverine into stabbing an electrical box, zapping him back into a wall. He is still out cold when he is shown again, and Wolverine's body is in a different position against the wall, and the hole he made changes. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: Wolverine pulls a cigar out and holds it in his mouth. He then lights a match and puts it to the cigar with his right hand and his left hand is down. It cuts to a closer shot and suddenly the match is now in his left hand and his right hand is holding the cigar to his mouth. (00:02:35)

Continuity mistake: After Batman first attacks Wolverine and steps on his cigar, Wolverine shows his right fist to the camera and extends his claws, cutting through his glove from all three blades. But then after Wolverine kills Batman, he shows the same hand to the camera and extends just his middle blade to flip off Batman's corpse. But the glove is not cut where the other two blades previously came out. (00:03:10 - 00:04:25)
