Continuity mistake: When Jim-Bob walks down the stairs carrying the new puppy, there are greeting cards on the shelf above the desk, and on the table there are only candles with greenery, but in the next shot as Jeffrey takes the puppy the greeting cards have vanished, and now there is food on the table along with the candles, which have also switched places.
