Then you can see the reflection of someone throwing the fake brick at KITT, then you see someone's hand throwing the fake brick at the second hood's face.

Revealing mistake: Outside the Comtron building, as KITT moves toward the guard covering Michael, the stunt driver is easily seen, as he's so poorly disguised.

Suggested correction: As he drives away, you can see the parking lot has skid marks all over the place. It's impossible to say they came from other takes.

Visible crew/equipment: As Michael leaves the House of the Rising Sun after asking about Tanya, the lighting rig is reflected in the dark lens covering the brake lights.

Continuity mistake: When the episode starts, the singer's hand is holding a mic at mouth level, but at waist level in the following shot. Also, the guitar player's hand behind the singer changes position.

Continuity mistake: During Comtron's Demolition Derby, Michael engages auto control. Michael controls the wheel during the ski mode stunt. When the car drops back on four wheels, Michael is driving with a regular steering wheel instead of KITT's steering wheel.

Revealing mistake: During the Comtron Demolition Derby after Buddy sprays oil, Michael asks him not to push another button. Buddy decides to push the next button for Smoke Screen. The license plate is mirrored THGINK (instead of KNIGHT) before the smoke blows.

Revealing mistake: After KITT has been taken by the crooks, KITT auto cruises. Watch the spin circle showoff in slow motion. KITT is spraying gasoline out of his side tank all over the road as he's spinning circles.

Continuity mistake: As Michael realises how he will be stopped on the way to the airport, he pulls over. KITT's front lower bumper does not have its spotlights, it is just a plain bumper.

Continuity mistake: After Michael gets shot and gets in his car to race to the airport, he calls Devon on the intercom. Before he gets into the car, he flinches and grasps his left side shoulder area where he was originally shot. When he talks to Devon, he's grasping his right shoulder. After he finishes talking and continuing the drive, he grasps the left one again.

Continuity mistake: The crooks steal KITT. When KITT announces himself, the crooks slam on the brakes. When the car comes to a halt, the back seat cushion is thrown forward. When the crooks take off, the back seat looks as if it hasn't ever moved forward.

Revealing mistake: When the 2 crooks take KITT, when Michael's on the phone, KITT takes over and the driver keeps saying he's not doing anything and isn't touching the wheel. When KITT is doing donuts, you see the driver's hands on the wheel, and he's the one doing the driving.

Other mistake: When shooting at KITT from the helicopter, the shot ricochets and hits the port side of the chopper, but the starboard side has the flames coming out.
Continuity mistake: When Michael and K.I.T.T. go to rescue LT. Ladd off the firing range,the steering wheel isn't K.I.T.T.s usual steering wheel, it has metal bars coming out to the handgrips.
Character mistake: The sign in front of the tank Lt. Ladd is trapped in reads "ORDINANCE TESTING FIELD, DANGER.", but an ordinance is a type of decree or law. They probably meant 'ordnance', which is another word for artillery.
Continuity mistake: When Michael starts to scrape the blue paint off the shell, he scratches across the blue band and you see a few scrape marks where the paint is gone and it's white, like the shell, underneath. In the close up, it's slowly scraping such a small potion of the paint off and you see it's yellow underneath now.
Continuity mistake: When Michael notices the accident report folder, the folder is touching the red candy basket. When goes to steal it by putting it under the basket, the folder is now further away.
