Continuity mistake: After Jack tries to take a bite out of the wax lemon, he puts it down on the table. A few shots later it is no longer on the table in front of him, then reappears for one shot in front of him, the disappears again. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: When Annette is talking to Will in the kitchen about him having to be one hell of a guy for Vince, there is a paper circle on the floor under the kitchen's centre table. When Jack enters the room, the paper has vanished and also a large glass bowl has appeared on the tabletop. (00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: When Grace and Karen are sitting around Sal at the dinner table, Grace pours out a glass of champagne for him. In the first shot the glass is 3/4 full, but in the next shot it's only about 1/4 full. (00:31:30)
Revealing mistake: In the scene when Will brings out the turkey, Karen clearly says "my God, this scene is so long!" Apparently Megan Mullally said it on every take due to the length of the scene and the amount of times they had to reshoot it.

Continuity mistake: When Scott walks into Grace's office to face Karen, he closes the door. But a few shots later the door is open although nobody touched it, then closed again, then reopened. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: After Jack has shouted at Patti LuPone to be quiet so he can talk to Will, as Will is thanking Jack as the shots change, the teapot that sits on the table between them continues to change whether it's facing left or right. Continuity mistake: In this episode, Karen doesn't want to get glasses because she thinks they make her look old. However, in a previous episode (S1E9) we see that she actually already wears glasses. In a scene where Jack asks her to read his script, she quickly puts on a pair of reading glasses.
