When the book lands on the ground, the glass case the book was inside shatters, causing pieces of glass to land on the ground, surrounding the book. A couple of seconds later, when Peter picks up the book, there doesn't appear to be any glass on the ground underneath the book, even though it wouldn't have been able to go anywhere else. (00:07:37)
Continuity mistake: When one of the Oscorp representatives tells Harry, "You certainly are your father's son," the other representative is holding papers in her hands. The shot then cuts to a close-up of Harry, but when the shot cuts back, the papers have disappeared from her hands. (00:06:20)

Revealing mistake: Right before Peter catches the truck that Turbo-Jet threw, in the shot of him spraying the webs right before it hits the pedestrians, there is a minor animation error. Whilst it is flipping over, a shadow appears on the side of the truck. The shadow doesn't appear to form naturally; it just appears from one frame to the next. (00:02:53)

Continuity mistake: When Turbo-Jet drops the truck in the middle of the road, there are numerous cars on the road in front of him, including two taxicabs, a black car, a blue car and a police car.
