Kill the Messenger - S1-E2

Factual error: Kayce shoots the burnt guy out of mercy. The reservation police officer to cover for Kayce switched gun slides with Kayce. Both men were carrying Glock 19 handguns. On the Glock, the slide and the frame have serial numbers. Now their serial numbers don't match. To cover up the shooting, they would have to just switch gun barrels. (00:54:08)

No Good Horses - S1-E3

Factual error: The intro takes place in March. The trees in the background say otherwise. In the mountains in March, leaves are usually not fully developed on trees until April at the earliest. The scene was likely shot in the fall.
