It cuts back to Nacho and then back to Gus, where the sky behind him is cloudy. The change in the sky happens a few more times throughout the scene, going from clear blue to cloudy, then back to clear blue.

Trivia: Blanca Gomez, the wife of DEA Agent Steve Gomez, appears for the first and only time in the courtroom scene during Jimmy McGill's final hearing. She is seated next to Marie Schrader but does not have any spoken lines.
