Trivia: Alan pulls the tape out of a cassette cartridge a couple of times. Cassettes are phased out decades ago, but are making a comeback. Some old, hard-to-find music cassettes (of questionable value and selling price) are being sought by fans. (00:18:55 - 00:29:07)

Revealing mistake: Alberto forces minor Alan to smoke a cigarette. Alan appears to be puffing on the cigarette, but no smoke comes out of his mouth when he "exhales". At one point, Alan is inhaling and the red tip of the cigarette (prop) blows outward. (00:36:45)

Continuity mistake: Alberto and Alan are walking along a flat road between rows of houses. Alan looks up the road to see where his father "disappears to" and the road ahead is composed of arches along an upgrade. Alan continues running, but not very far, and suddenly there are grades in front and back of him, but the road is flat in the distant (somewhat aerial) view. After Alan runs a little further, the road behind him is arched again. The topography changes too fast and frequently. (00:06:00 - 00:06:50)
