Revealing mistake: There's a stunt featuring two-way too obvious body doubles for Kelly Hu and Gretchen Egolf rolling over a table; not only the stunt itself is rather underwhelming and blatant, but also the objects on the table disappear just so the two can perform it.

Continuity mistake: Sammo masterfully deduces that a Federal judge whose house has been burnt down must have some enemies. Arsenio Hall by him has his left closed fist in front of his lapel, but as the shot changes he has a left open hand on the opposite elbow. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: In the opening brawl, one of the bad guys grabs a wrench from the counter to use it against Sammo. However, the tool was on the counter in the previous shot (showing another baddie escaping) and it was lying in a different position. (00:01:40)

Plot hole: The whole case is solved because of astronomical coincidences, since the culprit is someone related to the actor, who is teaming up with the investigators for an entirely unrelated reason. Los Angeles is kinda too big for this sort of 'coincidence'. Moreover, had they committed the crime any other day (there was no particular reason) there would have been no connection.
