Continuity mistake: The stand changes within seconds. At first you see that rainbow thing hanging there and in the next frame it's a completely different colour and design. On the top of the shelf the items change and there's a Frisbee there now and a different trophy. This is literally within seconds that it shows Danny walking in on Stephanie hanging from the curtains; he walks over and helps her down and then it shows Joey come in and then you see the changes on the stand. Continuity mistake: Meredith takes over injecting George for Alex, and right after she stands behind George, Alex leaves. Just when he opens the door, suddenly you can see Alex is behind George and Meredith is just coming in again. (00:19:55 - 00:20:50)
