Other mistake: In the barn, the unknown, wounded knight offers ten thousand sovereigns. At that moment, on the floor, he lifts his arms. A small sticker is visible on the inside of his left shoulder plate. (No doubt a label that wasn't expected to ever become visible.)

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade (1989)
Other mistake: Indy has been very careful to hide from everyone that Alexandretta is the city where the trail starts, only to give away all the essential info. He did not tell Elsa. Only Marcus (who has the rubbing of the crucial inscription) and Sallah knew. The only way that the Nazis find out is because he tells his dad, in a room which he KNOWS to be wired, i.e. bugged. (The Nazis also find the diary, but we know that the city isn't in there.) Stupidity doesn't quite cover it.

Monty Python's Fliegender Zirkus (1972)
Blödeln auf die feine englische Art - S1-E2
Other mistake: In the "Happy Valley" segment, when the witch is just about to enter the cathedral, you can see a car drive past through the windows behind the altar. (Now, this is Monty Python, so we have to be careful... But is isn't clear, or funny, enough to be there on purpose).

Children of the Stones (1977)
Other mistake: When the throne in episode 5 & 6 is first introduced it is a normal throne or chair; it doesn't move when merely touched. But once the ceremony starts and after it's finished, it's suddenly a swivel chair. The base is never shown of course. But a swivel chair made of solid rock...?

Troy: Fall of a City (2018)
Black Blood - S1-E1
Other mistake: All the Greek name variants are used over the Latin ones - including even "Odysseus" over the more familiar "Ulysses" (who is the same person). However when the story of Actaeon comes up, it's suddenly the goddess "Diana" that he saw. But all the gods have their Greek names, so that should be "Artemis." (As indeed is used in episode 2).
