Trivia: Fix-It Felix was originally meant to be the main character early on in the writing process. However, director Rich Moore eventually shifted the focus to Wreck-It Ralph because everyone involved thought Ralph seemed like a much more fun character to follow.

Trivia: The film was in one form of development or another since the late 1980's. The film's original title back then was "High Score." Other titles considered for the film were "Joe Jump" and "Reboot Ralph."
