Continuity mistake: Magnum goes to Jack Hill's house to investigate a murder. The home has a smart lock, so he breaks in through a window. Later, Det. Chris Childs goes to the same house. This time the front is different and there is a keyhole and a pushbutton for the doorbell.

Continuity mistake: Magnum and TC are in a stairway. TC points a security camera up so it does not cover a landing. Magnum and TC exchange a conversation, and the next time the camera is shown, it is pointing at the landing again. (00:12:55)

Continuity mistake: In one scene a police car (number 412) is T-boned in the right rear quadrant. A spin shot of the car shows that quadrant dented and scraped. In a later scene the same police car driven by TC makes a left turn. There are no dents or scratches on the car. (00:33:00 - 00:34:15)

Continuity mistake: Rick pulls up in a car to the right side of a helicopter, gets out, and gets in the helicopter. When the helicopter is shown taking off, there is no car next to it. (00:38:20)
