Continuity mistake: When Hondo and Street go to the hospital to find Chavez, and they talk to her partner and he hits the guy in the back of the head; as Hondo and Street walk off you see the officer and the Hispanic guy standing and sitting there normally.

Continuity mistake: During the sequence when the Mexican gang is trying to take down the police escort that has Montel; right before the first 18-wheeler hits the first two police cars, there is no one in the left car but there is when they are hit.

Continuity mistake: During the verbal fight between Gamble and Street after the bank incident, Gamble grabs Street and slams his head into the mirror and you see glass in Street's hair from the reflection, but when the camera changes to a view of the back of Street's head, you see no glass. Continuity mistake: When Wynn is talking to Al about the mission to blow up the plant, Wynn puts his cigarette out in the ash tray in the scorpion bowl and there are 4 butts in the ash tray, but a minute later when the camera shows the 2 scorpions fighting, the ash tray has no cigarette butts in it. Continuity mistake: When Kyle flies through the windshield after the car slams into a tree, shouldn't Kyle have some sort of concussion or cuts on his head from going through something so solid as a windshield and glass?
