Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Vic is on the porch bench, she's holding a mug in her hand. When Walt goes to sit down, she's still holding it, but in the next shot her hands are empty and the mug is on the porch railing.

Continuity mistake: At the tribal council hearing, when they vote to oppose, 7 of the 8 raise their right hand (the man at the end raises his left hand). But in the close up panning shot of the raised hands, the guy sitting next to Jacob Nighthorse has his left hand raised. It's back to his right hand when they lower their hands.

Continuity mistake: When Vic is crying, she lays in Walt's lap and puts both her hands on his thigh and Walt's hand is on her arm/shoulder. In the next shot, Vic's hand is covering her mouth and Walt's hand is on his knee.

Continuity mistake: When Travis is talking to Henry at the bar, the bill he puts on the counter keeps changing positions in various shots. For example, sometimes it's lying horizontally and sometimes it's lying vertically.

Continuity mistake: When Walt is at the Red Pony to talk to Henry, he drinks some beer and when he sets the can down there's a food basket to his left. But in the next shot the food basket is next to his right hand. It switches back and forth depending on the camera angle.

Continuity mistake: When Dave is talking to Tucker, while Tucker is on the practice tee, the number of golf balls on the ground change without Tucker hitting or adding any. When Tucker says "don't bother", there's 3 balls on the ground when previously there were only 2. He is then standing, talking to Dave, even when it cuts to Walt, Tucker is still talking and doesn't hit any balls (otherwise we would hear it). But then when he goes back to hitting the balls, there's only 1 on the ground.

Continuity mistake: When Ferg sets Walt's boots down, the right one tips over. But in the close up shot of Walt putting on the left boot, the right one is standing back up. But in the next shot you can't see it (if it was still standing it would be in the shot) and then we see Walt finish putting on his left boot, the right boot is back to being tipped over.

Continuity mistake: Monte secretly records Ferg at the casino. However, the recording we hear is slightly different than what Ferg said at the casino. The pauses are in different places with an extra word and slight chuckle in the recording.

Continuity mistake: After Sofia shoots the shotgun into the air, her hair switches from being over her ears to being tucked back behind her ears a few times, despite her hands being on the shotgun.

Continuity mistake: When Mathias is dumping out the ashes, he is holding it with just his right hand and then grabs it with with his left hand (so both hands are on the bag). In the next shot, he's back to holding it with just the right hand and then grabs the bag with his left hand again.

Continuity mistake: During the day when Walt is following the Snowcat, he hears a gunshot and puts his backpack down to pull out his binoculars. He doesn't have anything covering his mouth, but in the next shot his scarf is covering his mouth. And in the previous shot we see both his hands, so he doesn't have one free to pull it up.

Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking to the Denver detective, he opens the door to go inside and then the detective says they found the man who killed Walt's wife. Walt stands there, holding the door open still. When the camera angle changes, he's no longer holding the door open and goes to open the door again.

Continuity mistake: When Walt is chasing Dullknife, they're on a two-lane road divided by a single dashed yellow line. However in some of the close up shots, it's now two yellow lines (a solid yellow line with a dashed yellow line). This is before they get to the road block.
