Visible crew/equipment: When Jack and Sherry are running down the corridor, Jack is thrown against the wall. Look at the edge of the screen and you can see the camera that shot the last shot move.

Other mistake: At 7:45 Ahmed leads Scott out of his house at gunpoint so he can go to Scott's house. At 8:14 they arrive. But Scott's house is just across the street so we're supposed to believe that it takes half an hour to cross the street.

Deliberate mistake: Jack is tortured by having a nerve stabbed, and then having acid thrown on it. But in the next episode, when he is chasing the bomber, he is perfectly fine.
