Red River (1948)

Corrected entry: Towards the end of the film when the cattle trail gets to its final destination, Matthew is negotiating a deal. There are at least 8400 cattle in the herd and Matthew gets $21 per head which adds up to $176,400. After the deduction of approximately $900 for the cowboys' wages (between 20-30 cowboys, we are informed of the cowboys' wages at the beginning of the film by Dudson) that should leave Dudson with a cheque for $175,500, but Matthew is only given a cheque for $50,000 - a short fall of $125,500.

Correction: When Matthews was handed the cheque, he was told it was partial payment.
