Continuity mistake: Early in the movie the Rock changes trucks. Leaving the truck that the Feds have wired behind. But as it shows him driving off you can see at the bottom of the truck that there are two patched holes. Those are the bullet holes he patched on the wired truck. The truck he switches to should not have those patched holes.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie Ryan Phillippe is in a hospital bed with oxygen connected to his nose. When Anna Paquin reaches over to touch his cheek it is gone.
