The High and the Deadly Affair - S1-E28

Continuity mistake: Merek's bird is sitting on his shoulder facing backward. In the very next shot, as he stands, the bird is suddenly facing forward. When he starts to sit down, the bird is still forward, but in the next shot, a close-up of him sitting, birdie is facing to the rear again. (00:07:50)

The Double-O-Nothing Affair - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: Mark injects April with plain water, telling her to play dead. She shouldn't have to play. Water in the blood stream can create oxygen bubbles, which can be lethal in a matter of minutes. He should have used saline or glucose instead. Those solutions have been de-oxygenated and purified to prevent giving patients the potentially lethal "bends." (00:40:00)

The Phi Beta Killer Affair - S1-E25

Revealing mistake: Mark's stunt double during the fight on the mansion's porch is a very close match for him - except for the fact that he's about 6 inches taller. This causes "Mark's" height in relation to the man he's fighting to fluctuate noticeably (taller than, shorter than, taller than again) between shots. (00:37:15)

The Low Blue C Affair - S1-E23

Continuity mistake: When Soyill and his henchman start walking toward April, who's standing at the pool table, they're standing right next to each other. When the shot cuts to a wider angle, they're suddenly several feet apart. (00:28:30)

The Furnace Flats Affair - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: From the inside, the swinging saloon doors are completely intact. From the outside, they're missing several slats. Later, the same doors have breaks that change positions constantly between shots. (00:02:10)

The Furnace Flats Affair - S1-E22

Factual error: April finds that the sign pointing to Furnace Flats has fallen off the signpost. But the board she picks up is perfectly smooth, with no nails or nail holes in it anywhere. It's never been attached to anything. (00:00:50)

The Moulin Ruse Affair - S1-E17

Revealing mistake: When April peeks over the rooftop, it's completely dark outside. Every time we see the inserted stock footage of the traffic down below, however, it's a filtered daytime shot. Not one of the cars has its headlights on. (00:11:40)

The Moulin Ruse Affair - S1-E17

Revealing mistake: Waverly opens a file full of papers with a small photo of April's contact clipped inside. When we see a close-up of the photo, we can also see that the page under it is part of a script treatment. Odd thing for a spy agency to keep on file. (00:18:40)

The Moulin Ruse Affair - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: From the outside, the U.N.C.L.E. building's wall is made of red brick. But, after a large hole is knocked through it, a shot from the inside shows no red brick at all. In fact, the entire wall is now made of white cinder-block. (00:02:30)
