Blade Runner (1982)

Continuity mistake: The scene where Roy saves Deckard's life and then dies takes place on a very dark and rainy night. After Roy says his final line, "time to die", the white dove in his hand gets loose and flies away. The next shot shows the bird flying in a totally clear cloudless sky, with lighting that suggests that it is becoming morning. The next shot is of Deckard, back in the heavy rain and total darkness. The Sixth Sense (1999)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cole and his mother are sitting in traffic, the camera closes in on Cole as he states: "She's standing next to me." The next shot of Cole shows the accident victim standing behind him. However, the background has totally changed, and the lighting is totally different. This second shot was probably done on a set instead of the actual street.

Continuity mistake: Many of the night scenes take place in the back yard, or in the cornfield which is shown to be behind the back yard. Daytime shots show the house to be in the suburbs, on a hill, with no cornfield or possible space for a cornfield.
