Corrected entry: When Jeff plays the tape in the freezer, Jigsaw mentions that Danica Scott fled the scene after witnessing his son's death. If so, then how does he know who she is if she never testified against Timothy at his trial? There would be no way for Jigsaw to have known who she is or to find her.

Correction: Jigsaw seems to know a lot of things about a lot of people. How did he know about the original wreck? I assume it means that he was there when the accident happened, that's a very plausible assumption.
