Audio problem: As Captain Willard walks Lance away from Kilgore you hear him say, "just keep walking". If you look closely at his lips you'll see he's saying much more before that which is dubbed out. (00:50:45)

Audio problem: On the boat after they offer the joint to Captain Willard, Clean says, "All right, that's great" and his lips don't match what he's saying. (00:52:40)

Audio problem: As Chef says to Clean, "Should've given the f***er a silver star" after hearing his story about a Vietnamese lieutenant his vocal track cuts out for a few seconds then comes back. (01:13:45)

Audio problem: When Clean says that great line, "Well I'm next ma'am," to the Playboy bunny, he also says something else that was edited out. (01:32:50)

Audio problem: After leaving the Do Lung Bridge Chef hands out the mail to Clean who says, "Is that it?" If you look closely at Clean's lips he also says, "Thanks," which was edited out. (01:49:30)

Audio problem: As the colonel reads his poetry out loud Dennis Hopper says, Oh, he's out there. He's really out there". If you look closely at Hopper's lips, he says something else that's edited out. (02:55:40)

Audio problem: On the French plantation dock Captain Willard walks over towards the Frenchman and they do an excellent job of overdubbing the sound of his helmet strap each time it hits his chest. Two shots later they don't put in the sound as the helmet strap hit's against his chest several more times. (01:58:00)

Audio problem: On the boat while reading Kurtz' file Captain Willard says to himself, "The charges are unjustified, they are in fact and in the circumstances of this conflict, quite completely insane". In this shot they show the Captain reading the letter to himself but looking at his lips the words he is mouthing do not go along with what he's narrating. (01:21:20)

Audio problem: As he leaves the USO show Bill Graham ignites a smoke canister before he gets into the helicopter and says, "So long," but his lips indicate that he's just whistling. (01:10:10)

Audio problem: As Playmate of the Year Carrie Foster is brought out to the audience carried by two Green Berets watch the band behind her closely. The bass player stops playing as he scratches his head but the bass on the soundtrack keeps going. (01:07:55)

Audio problem: As Bill Graham comes out of the Playboy helicopter he takes a microphone and says to the audience, "how ya doin' out there, I said how ya doin' out there?" and his lips are not in sync with what he's saying. (01:06:35)

Audio problem: We hear an over-dub of Playmate of the Year Carrie Foster shooting her cap guns three times. But if you look closely there's smoke only the first two times and the third time she doesn't actually pull the trigger. (01:08:40)

Audio problem: In the first aerial shot of the schoolyard the closed captioning reads, "this should make everything burn" but if you listen closely what the pilot is actually saying is, "can somebody cover that downed bird". Also the helicopter he's talking about hasn't been shot down yet. (00:40:20)

Audio problem: At dinner as they all listen to Colonel Kurtz' voice there's a close-up of the tape recorder and you can see that his voice is overdubbed because the level meters are not moving as he speaks. (00:13:30)

Audio problem: When the uptight mom asks how to get to San Francisco the guy at the bar that offers to take her lifts his glass up to take a drink and then we hear the overdub of the ice jangling in the glass. The jangling continues into the next shot after the glass is stationary and no longer near his lips. (01:22:10)

Audio problem: As the cameraman moves in on Mitch and the birds in the kitchen, listen very closely and you can hear his wheels squeaking on the floor. (01:38:00)
