Continuity mistake: When Reggie finds the bodies in Tommy's room, Violet is first propped against the wall, but in the next shot, she is lying down, then she is propped up again. (01:09:00)

Revealing mistake: When the killer attacks Sid's bodyguards, the younger one has blood on his throat before the killer slashes it.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cici is killed, just before the killer throws her off the balcony there is a visible member of crew/stunt's head (this has been edited out in newer versions, but remains visible in others). (00:33:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When everyone is getting off the ship and into the small boat, it's raining. Jason is looking down at them - right when he is looking down you can see above him the sprinkler making the rain. (00:57:40)
