Corrected entry: Throughout the film, the length of Hermione's hair changes drastically. There are times when she has short crunched hair (above shoulder length), other times when she has a very long pony tail (five or six inches below the shoulder, and there are scenes when Hermione's hair is down and in between these two lengths (an inch or two below the shoulder).

Correction: Sometimes her hair is straight and sometimes it is curly. This can make a huge difference in the length of a person's hair.
