Question: Since Rachel's husband and friend were revealed to be bad guys, was it the husband who left the gate unlocked? (Instead of Rachel).

Continuity mistake: Rachel asks why the boats are the same color as the houses. The reply is so the wife can look out and see her husband is OK. In the 1st scene of Rachel's cabin, It is white. Yet her boat is a solid color, med blue. Then in a later scene, it shows her cabin as blue, the same color as her boat. Then in all the later scenes, the cabin is white, again.
